Configure Zoho extension

1. Install the Genesys Cloud connector for Zoho CRM extension from Zoho Marketplace
2. You will be shown the extension settings page

(Alternatively you can navigate to: Zoho CRM Settings -> Marketplace -> All -> Installed -> Genesys Cloud connector -> Settings)

3. Select your Genesys Cloud region

4. Configure other useful Genesys Embeddable Framework options

   For more information, see the article settings available to configure the extensions

5. Save settings
6. Reload the browser page

Now you can open the Genesys Cloud connector for Zoho CRM.
