Genesys Cloud configuration

Prerequisites:

Follow this article to make sure your Genesys Cloud organization is configured for using the GC Embeddable Framework.

1. Check/configure: licenses, user permissions, browser requirements according to the article Administrator requirements for the Genesys Cloud embedded clients
2. Make sure GC embedding is allowed - Manage Genesys Cloud embedding with the Genesys Cloud embedded clients

Add a Private Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework integration:

1. Open Genesys Cloud -> Admin -> Integrations

2. Install new Private Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework integration

   

3. Set integration name: Zoho CRM connector

4. Go to the Configuration tab

   

5. Upload the framework.js file
6. (optional) Select user groups
7. Save integration
8. Under the integration that you just added, click the Status toggle to change it from Inactive to Active
