RFP Demo Features
RFP demo currently covers the following features:
- RFP Parsing
- Processes any incoming RFP file, regardless of format, to extract the key requirements that must be addressed. The submitted file must meet the following requirements:
- Supported file format: PDF
- Maximal file size: 5MB, 5000 chars

- Product Knowledge Base
- Extracts relevant information about the vendor from provided files and supplies it to the LLM, enabling the system to assess vendor suitability against the specified requirements. The submitted file must meet the following requirements:
- Supported file formats: PDF, TXT or CSV
- Maximal file size: 5MB, 5000 chars

- RFP Validation
- Analyzes the requirements extracted from the RFP and validates them against the vendor’s data based on the defined evaluation criteria.
- Response Generation
- Generates a comprehensive report outlining how the vendor meets each RFP requirement according to the available data. Once the process is complete, the system automatically sends an email notification to the requesting user with a link to the final RFP response document.
